Bahati (Hottie ``G") Griffin-Arnold

Bahati (Hottie ``G") Griffin-Arnold, born March 21,1978, made his heavenly transition on December 8, 2008 as the result of a motorcycle accident.

He was a lifelong resident of Akron, Ohio. He attended North High School, was a football player and loved basketball. He attended Mt. Lebanon Church and sang in the Catherine Sunshine Band.

He was preceded in death by grandmothers, Ruth Girffin and Helen Arnold; grandfather, Roy Arnold; and uncle, Rickey Griffin. Left to mourn his passing is his beloved mother, Matilda Christine Griffin (Lorenzo); father, Gary Arnold (Denise); his loving son, Bahati Jr.; his oldest brother, Marlon, Gary (Shavaune), Samuel (Toya) and Gary Arnold III; sister, Kendra Arnold; the love of his life, Ferron ``Tootie" Johnson; grandfather, Nathaniel Griffin, Sr.; special aunt, Mona Diamond; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
